Version dated November 3, 2026
Terms of Service
Preliminary text for legal review. Operator details, a contact for requests, governing law and specific retention periods will be completed in the final version.
These terms describe the MiraRouter website, account dashboard and API. MiraRouter provides access to models developed by third parties. Available features depend on your account settings and the published documentation.
1. Your account
You sign in through Telegram. Your first verified sign-in creates a personal account and a workspace. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so.
2. Workspaces and keys
Workspaces separate projects, API keys and access settings. Review permissions, keep keys secret and disable them if you suspect a compromise. A new key is displayed in full only when it is created.
3. Balance and pricing
Keys belonging to one account share a prepaid balance. Charges depend on the selected model, its current selling price and measured usage. See the catalog for final prices and your dashboard for spending and transactions. Review the amount and purchase conditions before confirming payment.
Available payment methods and refund procedures are described at purchase. Final refund rules, settlement procedures and mandatory consumer protections require legal review. This version does not introduce automatic top-ups or expiry of purchased balance.
4. Request data
To fulfill a request, its content is sent to the selected model provider, including through OpenRouter. Make sure you have permission to use and transmit that data. External services may apply different data practices; see our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, unauthorized access or bypassing restrictions. Do not distribute another person's credentials or send traffic intended to disrupt the service. A model developer may set additional rules for its model.
6. Model responses
Model responses are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check results before publishing them, using them in an application or making significant decisions. The catalog, model capabilities and availability can change.
7. Access restrictions
Access may be restricted to address a rule violation, security threat or inability to verify authorization. Key, workspace and account restrictions apply together. Any remaining balance is handled under the purchase conditions and mandatory law.
8. Updates and requests
Revised terms appear on this page with an update date. Notices of material changes, operator details, a support contact and dispute procedures will be specified before this document is finalized. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
